The target audience and “clients” of the WI will be primarily local NPO’s and charities, although international NPO’s will also find its services highly relevant. However, donors stand to benefit through risk mitigation and savings, hence they would be required to pay for the WI’s services directly or indirectly (via beneficiaries funded by them).
